IMA Standard Student Kit

The items in the student store are only available for purchase by IMA students and those that have recently registered. We will not ship any items. Items will be delivered directly to the student, during class. 
We purchase our products from the vendor promptly after a student places an order, therefore, after your order has been placed and paid for, we can not cancel, change or refund the order.
Student will notify us during the checkout process which class he/she is registered for to ensure on-time delivery. In the event student cancels their class registration or transfers to another class, student will still be asked to pick up orders on the start date of the original registered class. In the event student can not pick up order, we will offer to ship it. The price of shipping varies depending on zip code and will be calculated by USPS. In addition to shipping cost, there will also be a $45 service fee added for shipping. Kits and items from cancellations and transfers must be picked up within 30 days of original registration. After that time, all items become property of Industry Makeup Academy and will not be credited.

Orders placed 14 days before the start of class will be delivered on the 1st day of class. Items ordered after that time are not guaranteed on the 1st day but generally take about 3-5 days to be delivered. If you registered for class late, and placed a kit order late, we will make kit accommodations for you until your kit arrives. 

These terms are in place to ensure we can continue to offer discounts on kits and items. Terms are subject to change. You will be notified of any changes made to terms and conditions.
