IMA Deluxe Student Kit - Updated

The products available in the student store are exclusively for IMA students and those who have recently registered. We do not offer shipping for these items, with one exception: Graftobian products will be shipped directly to online students.

 

In-Person Classes

• Student kits and other purchased items will be delivered directly to the student on the first day of class.

• Orders placed at least 14 days before class starts will be available on the first day. Orders placed later are not guaranteed for the first day but typically arrive within 3-5 days.

• If you register for class late and place a kit order late, we will provide temporary kit accommodations until your kit arrives.

 

Order Policy

• Once an order is placed and paid for, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

• All products are ordered directly from vendors after a student places an order, ensuring fresh, high-quality supplies.

• During checkout, students must indicate which class they are registered for to ensure on-time delivery.

 

Cancellations & Transfers

• If a student cancels their class or transfers to a different class, their kit will still be available for pickup on the start date of the original registered class.

• If a student is unable to pick up their order in person, shipping can be arranged at an additional cost. The shipping fee will be determined by USPS rates based on the delivery zip code, plus a $45 service fee.

• Kits and other ordered items must be picked up within 60 days of the originally scheduled class start date. After this period, all unclaimed items become the property of Industry Makeup Academy and will not be credited.

 

These policies ensure that we can continue offering discounted kits and products to our students. Terms are subject to change, and students will be notified of any updates.
